Terms of sale

These terms apply to consumer purchases from GETJET. Read them alongside our delivery information, returns policy and privacy notice. Business orders are subject to the terms agreed in your quote.

Your order

Check the item, quantity, delivery address and total before paying. An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless the store displays another currency. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are included in the final checkout total before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We do not offer a subscription for Jet One.

Product information

Descriptions, included items and specifications on the product page form part of your order. Product images are visualisations and screen colours can vary. These statements do not reduce your right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.

Delivery and changes

Your order is delivered using the option selected at checkout. If no different period is agreed, delivery will be within 30 days. Contact us promptly if you need to change an order. We will explain what is possible before dispatch.

Cancellations and problems

See our returns policy for cancellation periods, return costs, refund timing and faulty-goods rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You can raise a concern with us at hi@getjet.io.

Using the product

Follow the supplied product instructions and the cleaning guidance for the equipment you use it on. Keep your proof of purchase. Do not use the device for a purpose that its instructions prohibit.

These terms

The version displayed when you order applies to that purchase. Updates apply to future orders. English law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence or their right to bring a claim in the courts available to them.
