See the delivery options for your order before you pay. Enter your address at checkout to see available services, delivery charges and any delivery estimate provided for that service.

Where we deliver

We can accept orders only for destinations with an available delivery option at checkout. If your address is not supported, email hi@getjet.io and tell us your country and postcode. Please do not use another destination to complete an order.

Your delivery cost

Your delivery charge is calculated at checkout and included in the total before payment. The product price does not include delivery unless an offer explicitly says it does.

After you order

Keep your order confirmation. If your delivery service includes tracking, we will share the tracking information when it is available. Delivery estimates are estimates unless a service is expressly described as guaranteed.

Something not arrived?

Contact us with your order number and delivery postcode if your order is overdue, tracking looks wrong or your parcel arrives damaged. We will investigate with the delivery provider. Please retain damaged packaging where possible.

Address changes

Spot a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, although a change may not be possible after dispatch.
