Need to return Jet One? Email hi@getjet.io with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the correct return destination.
Changed your mind?
UK consumers can cancel within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You pay change-of-mind return postage. Handle the goods only as needed to inspect them; deductions may apply for handling beyond that. Pack the item securely with its included accessories.
Your refund
We refund the item price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge offered, where applicable. A premium delivery upgrade is not refundable. Refunds use the original payment method and are made within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with a description and, if helpful, photographs. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Your statutory rights are unaffected, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and later rights to repair, replacement or refund where applicable.
